Tap 6: Jiddler’s Tipple - Jacob's Kriek Cherry Sour 4.5%

Alright alright, it’s not technically a kriek (a Belgian beer made by fermenting lambic beer with sour Morello cherries), but the pun was too good an opportunity to miss. This Cherry Sour is straight from my (Jacob’s) kriek. It’s fermented with 200L of cherry puree and a quirky yeast originally found on the back of bees (disclaimer - no bees were hurt in the making of this beer). Above all else, it’s sour, fruity and super refreshing. Bosh.
