Refund policy

If you're unhappy with your delivery then please contact us via email or telephone within five working days after it's received. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

"Delivered" means delivered to the Recipient at the Address or left with a Neighbour or left in a Safe Place. We will take a photo after we drop our products with you and alert you through knocking or ringing on your door. Once this is completed the item is delivered. 

Despite our best efforts, breakages do occasionally happen - it this occurs, please photograph the breakages and let us know straight away, and we'll refund you for the broken items. 

Title is retained with Chapters Retail Ltd until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods.

We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute beers for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In this event, we will attempt to contact you first.
